Due to their strong dedication to excellence, they are now present in over 10 countries and due to their success, now require a personable Finance Manager to help drive & collaborate the team, whilst also supporting in continuous improvement, system enhancements/implementations & more!
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Control and Reporting
- Ensure the Company's finances are adequately controlled, recorded, and reported.
- Identify areas where financial performance may raise concerns and promptly inform the relevant Managers with custom reports and statistics.
- Maintain a detailed register of all Fixed Assets, including current locations, purchase details, cost, depreciation, and disposals.
Financial Systems and Policies
- Design, implement, and oversee the Company's financial systems.
- Recommend and actively contribute to the implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review the work of staff involved in various accounting functions.
Performance Evaluation
- Assess the financial viability of proposed new products and services and establish necessary control systems following product launch.
- Evaluate operations and activities within your purview, proposing improvements and modifications as necessary.
- Ensure monthly reconciliation of bank and control accounts, actively participating in the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
Technology Integration
- Research, analyze, and lead the implementation and testing of new technology in the accounting area.
- Administer projects, classify projects, and oversee year-end project closing.
- Stay informed about pertinent local, regional, and international laws and regulations related to accounting and financial reporting.
People Management
- Identify, recruit, manage, and motivate a high-calibre team.
- Cultivate a highly engaged workforce through exemplary leadership, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and customer awareness.
- Develop and monitor KPIs with team members, pinpointing training needs and opportunities for skill development.
