As Customer Service Administrator you carry exceptional organisational skills, good attention to detail and strong customer service.

As Customer Service Administrator you’ll be providing quality client service and support to clients on a daily basis. As Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client inquiries; understanding and identifying their specific needs
* Problem resolution and account transaction processing
* Processing updates to client accounts or company records ensuring data is feeding into the right system
* Entering data, keying information from checks and interpreting payee information
* Communicating with third parties to investigate and research enquiries
