Customer Success Lead

This highly innovative and rapidly expanding solution provider work with some of the biggest names in Private Equity and are seeking a driven and ambitious Customer Success lead who can bring strong experience in scoping out new projects within existing accounts, driving adoption, ensuring retention, reducing churn, targets are met and of course, leading teams.
You will also be responsible for driving customer success, (including consulting, enablement, adoption, expansion, support and end-user engagement) across your portfolio of private equity customers, growing long-term strategic and profitable relationships and ensuring world class customer experience. You will proactively build relationships with key stakeholders, gathering customer requirements and translating these into project deliverables for the product team. You will identify and mitigate project risks and a key part of your role will be to drive product adoption, ensuring customers are fully satisfied with the solutions and are ultimately retained. You will be using your prior leadership knowledge to mould and shape your team into a self-managing and creative force to fuel further success in the business.
To be considered you must bring the following skills and experience:
- Solid background of Leading teams in Customer Success
- Experience of gathering and translating customer requirements
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Excellent knowledge of the Finance industry and/or Private Equity (Finance qualification preferred)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong level of MS Excel

Based in a Central London location with flexibility to work from home, on offer is a highly competitive basic salary of £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + £6,000 bonus + pension + holidays and other benefits like seasonal ticket loan, cycle2work schemes etc.
