The global leader in the travel industry, who own over 20 B2C, B2B and offline brands within the travel space, are going through an incredible period of growth and change and we’re looking for a UX Designer to join our amazing UX/UI team who wants to move into a UX Researcher position.
As one of our UX Researchers you will work on cross-brand and omnichannel research UX research projects, predominantly within our B2C Travel line of business. You will help design customer journeys, behavioural maps and you will be responsible for providing accurate reporting on your research projects, which you will input into our insight library.
Your responsibilities will include setting-up and designing user studies, such as workshops, interviews, surveys and UX evaluations, to gauge the usability and performance of UX designs and features across our eCommerce web responsive sites and applications.
You must have previous experience with UX design of at least one B2C product with some exposure to collating UX research and we want to see your methods and ability in your portfolio.
As our UX Researcher, you must be able to communicate your data-driven results to support the implementation and prioritisation of your findings. Internally, you will work very closely with the Product and Software Engineering teams as well as Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. Externally, you’ll be working with our users across the brands, so you must be able to adapt your communication to each stakeholder group you interact with.
Finally, we’re looking for a UX Designer / UX Researcher to become part of our team. We’re looking for a UX Researcher with a collaborative and personable nature and a curious, can-do attitude.
