We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our head office team based in St.Helens, with easy access from M62. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £20,000 - £26,000 Basic OTE £55,000 (totally uncapped)

Think you're up for the challenge? What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for developing and marketing 360 Resourcing within a specific set of industry areas. You will work closely with field based Business Development Managers creating sales opportunities with business owners/directors to promote 360 resourcing’s services via email and telephone channels.

Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.



Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and arrange for your BDM to meet with customers/clients face to face or handle the opportunity yourself over the phone



Fully understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these with strategic solutions



Map out client contacts



Have a thorough understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them

Your skills:

Strong rapport building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision makers



Excellent standard of spoken and written English, with a polished telephone manner.



Previous telesales experience is preferable.



This is a high volume telephone activity role, you will be required to consistently be on the phone for 3 hours plus each day.
