My Sheffield based client is recruiting for an Account Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the Account Managers and excellent customer service for new and existing clients.

Candidates must have previous experience in a Planner/Coordinator role with exceptional organisational and customer service skills.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

• Issue and follow up quotations

• Booking service/maintenance work for customers and logging work accurately

• Booking Training for staff as required

• Administration support to the Account Managers

• Update system with customer detail changes, amendments

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and co workers

• Produce reports to track KPIs

• Requesting all required information from site

• Confirm engineer attendance and status of works being carried out.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Working knowledge of MS Office packages

• Strong customer service skills
