Customer Account manager

This exciting role will provide you with variety and job satisfaction!
You will build relationships with new and current customers and ensure they are always happy with the service they receive.
This involves effective communication on the telephone and email, resolving customer issues and completing relevant documentation for customer accounts.
It is essential you:
*Enjoy working with customers and have outstanding communication skills.
*Are a confident user of IT and have experience operating Outlook, Word and Excel.
*Can manage a heavy work load by setting priorities.
*Are results driven.
This opportunity is on a temporary to permanent basis giving you time to develop and progress into the position.
You will work a 37.5 hour week, Monday- Friday.
