This role calls for a Graduate-calibre professional, at the start of their career, looking to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment with excellent career growth opportunities. You’ll be trained to provide a professional and comprehensive multi-departmental support service to a leading developer of an agile business analytics application, based in the heart of the South Downs National Park. It will suit a bright, energetic individual, looking to get their foot in the door with a fast-growing, successful IT organisation. Whilst initially providing vital support to the broader business there is a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to develop their career in whichever direction they choose.

The successful candidate will join Elements.cloud; developers of an industry-renowned, highly intuitive application designed to interrogate with and support Salesforce implementations. By incorporating over 20 years of Business Process Management (BPM) project experience Elements Cloud are helping to improve operational performance across a range of industries.

The ideal candidate will either be a fresh graduate, or an individual with a couple of years’ experience in an office environment, to help across the organisation, learning the business from day one. The most important traits are a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to work at pace in a varied and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be provided with the platform to become an integral part of the team alongside the opportunity to develop their career as the organisation continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide an efficient and broad support service to the company, promoting operational & commercial growth

* Respond to general company enquiries by phone and email, including in regard to the website, products, and services

* Provide assistance to the Finance Department as required

* Provide sales and marketing support

* Appropriately handle confidential information, including documents, meetings and other sensitive information

Skills & Experience

* Previous office support experience

* Comfortable and interested in IT

* Proficiency with MS Office/GSuite

* Knowledge of accountancy software (Sage, Quickbooks, Xero, etc) - desirable

* A naturally professional and helpful approach

* Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn
