Our client, a global IT services and telecommunications provider, is seeking a Helpdesk Coordinator to support on a client project, on a 1 year fixed term contract basis.

Acting as a first point of contact for the client's customers, amongst the responsibilities of the Helpdesk Coordinator will be:

* Onsite IT support for end client

* Network/PC/Desktop Security configuration

* Network and PC implementation work

* Migration planning and execution

* Concept and acceptance testing

* Vendor negotiation and control

* 1st line troubleshooting for customers

* Project and service delivery schedule management

Helpdesk Coordinator – what we're looking for:

* Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as Microsoft WIN 7/10, Office/Mailer and Antivirus

* Installations experience in PC Hardware, Cisco Switch/Router and WiFi products

* Proven customer service experience

* Excellent written and spoken communication skills

* The ability to multi-task and manage priorities to meet deadlines
