Software Sales Executive

I am working on behalf of a top Utilities software company who are seeking an inside- sales representative to join their busy team. Due to a restructuring of the sales team there is a need for more inside sales reps who are talented, driven and tenacious for new business to add additional sales to their already market leading software solutions.

Skills and attributes of Sales Executive:

* Proven track record of success selling software applications

* Must be a true sales hunter and thrive on the chase of a sale

* Source new sales opportunities and continuously grow pipeline

* Generating own leads through research, identifying key players and generating interest

* Cold calling new prospects with a “don’t put the phone down” mentality

* Some inbound lead follow up for opportunities

* Be tenacious with product knowledge to perform demos to prospects

* Understand customer needs and requirements to better drive sales

* Constantly expand your database of prospects within assigned territory

* Be energetic, constantly driving growth of more new sales

* Very professional manner to sell your product with wit and style

* Close deals and achieve quarterly sales quota

* Internal CRM – salesforce experience (Desirable)

Location: Wallingford

Basic salary: £40,000-£45,000 DoE

Commission: expectation: £20,000-£30,000
