Opportunity for a 1st line IT Support Analyst with a good organization. This role would be a good opportunity for someone with at least 6 months IT support experience looking for the next step in their career.

In this role you will provide 1st/2nd line IT support to the organisations EMEA staff as part of their EMEA service desk team. In addition you will provide local on-site IT support to 2nd level as part of a 2 person team.

As this role will involve providing support to 2 local sites a short distance apart you must drive and have your own car (business mileage will be paid).

Working hours will be 7.30am to 3.30pm or 8am to 4pm.

Key skills and experience sought:

- Proven background and track record within 1st line support is essential and you must be happy to assist as required

- Good technical IT knowledge ideally covering Windows, AD, Exchange, Citrix, VMWare, laptops, printers, connectivity issues

- Experience with remote deployment tools

- Good problem solving skills

- First class communication skills and ability to liaise effectively with end users and keep them updated - customer service orientation

- Ideally ITIL certified or experience within ITIL based corporate environments

- Good team working skills
