PURCHASE LEDGER CLERK

CITY CENTRE NOTTINGHAM

The role:

* To process company expenses in line with the company expenses policy

* Produce and check supplier reporting at month end

* Reconcile all supplier statements

* Manage supplier payments

* Manage the processing of supplier invoices

* Assisting other team members with internal and external queries

* Process improvement on both systems and procedures

* Assisting purchase ledger supervisor with smooth running on the purchase ledger department

The ideal candidate:

* Excellent Knowledge of the purchase ledger Function with at least two years’ experience

* Good working skills of Microsoft packages particularly Excel with an ability to expand knowledge of this software

* Sound organisational and administration skills

* Excellent communication and the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels

* Ability to produce work that is accurate and timely

* Able to work effectively within a team environment
