Hubs and Facilities Officer

In this role you will need to be a key relationship manager for customers, ensuring end-to-end processes are completed according to standards, policies and procedures, taking ownership for the customer experience. You would be acting as a key point of liaison for community stakeholders, including elected representatives, community organisations and other public officers and agencies. As well as ensuring the effective and smooth running of our community hubs and head office.
You will work in partnership with the Head of Maintenance Services and the Senior Hubs and Facilities Officer to support the development of our hub offer and usage in order to maximise income, initiating contact with local groups and volunteers
The ideal candidate for this role will have recent and relevant experience within a similar role and as such will be able to demonstrate a good understanding of what is needed to run a successful and welcoming community hub.
- You will hold, or be working towards, Level 2 qualifications relevant to the post (for example, GCSEs or Level 2 NVQ).
- Holding an IOSH Managing Safely course or willing to obtain this/similar qualification.
- Desirable - Relevant professional membership (such as IWFM - Institute of Workplace Facilities Management).
