* A leading financial services client is looking to appoint a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team

Description

The key responsibilities for this Purchase Ledger role are:

Invoice Processing

Managing allocated suppliers

Matching, Batching and Coding of invoices

Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers

Supplier reconciliations

Credit card statements

Expenses Payments

Assisting the management accountants in month end closing procedure

Profile

* We are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant with a working knowledge of the Sage system preferred

* Excellent work attitude

* Strong attention to detail

* High standard of work
