Monday-Friday, working on a rota (8am-4pm, 9am- 5pm or 10am-6pm) Overtime available
An exciting, innovative, long-standing company are on the hunt for a dedicated and driven Service Desk Analyst. Do you want to progress your skills further? The role involves being the face for the company providing 1st line support for windows operating systems (XP,7,10 etc), Microsoft office software, Exchange 2013 and Active Directory.
If you have excellent communication and customer service skills and the passion to learn and adapt your technical skill-set, this is the perfect opportunity. The vacancy is urgent and they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, You will need to drive to be able to commute to the office.
Ideally a years experience on 1st line support
