Abacus are delighted to be working with one of our most valued clients on this superb Part Time Accounts Assistant vacancy.

Our client, located in Andover, are seeking a new member to join the outgoing and hard working accounts team.

Job duties include:


* Send remittances to suppliers

* Credit control activities

* Update PO/POR list

* Maintain Costings spreadsheet

Administrative Support

* Take incoming calls to the business

* Maintain company records and filing system – SOP/POP/Invoice filing

* Raise Purchase Orders and PORs as required

* Book Accommodation and Travel

* Provide administrative Support for the Managing Director as required

Experience of MS Office, Email and Excel are preferred due to the nature of the role.
