Sales Support Executive

Location: Croydon

Salary: £27,500

My client based in Croydon is looking for a Sales Support Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering long term relationships with existing customers and dealing directly with queries wherever possible and overseeing them to a satisfactory conclusion

The Sales Support Executive will also support the Corporate Sales team by identifying and processing sales opportunities

This will be a busy, diverse and challenging role requiring a strong sense of urgency to stay focused on solutions in the face of difficult and exciting challenges.

Daily Duties

Being the customers point of contact for any queries

Monitoring and logging emails on CRM relating to Customer Relations and Customer Support

Supporting customers through the sales process by receiving inbound sales calls and email communications

Developing and maintaining an intimate knowledge of customers, products, and the company’s market positioning in relation to the competition

Maintaining a close working relationship with customers and colleagues across all departments

Being proactive in anticipating customer requirements and understanding the value in add on sales

Presenting new products and services to clients, enhancing existing relationships

Assisting with the development of Customer Relations processes and documentation

Assisting with Reporting

Assisting the Credit Control department to investigate issues that may be delaying payment

Reducing Customer Churn

Essential Skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Perceptive of customers’ needs and able to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of customer
