Data & Performance Analyst

Working with the Senior Manager in the Planning and Performance team the Data and Performance Analyst will manage, analyse, report and interrogate our data to drive and support the Engagement Strategy. You will provide the evidence base that feeds into the creation of essential Insight across the fundraising, events and marketing teams.
The ideal candidate will have experience of:
* Extracting and manipulating large volumes of data (including PL/SQL)
* Delivering data based solutions e.g. predictive data models, propensity models, forecasting models to help maximise supporter responsiveness, engagement, loyalty and support
* Creating dashboards, visualisations and reports in Power BI (or similar) and Excel
* Working with internal marketing teams to teams to understand data requirements and how they relate to business challenges or opportunities.
Preference will be given to those with experience of using FastStats or a similar data segmentation tool.
