Change Manager – Cyber

Location: Berkshire

Duration: until 31st December

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITHIN CYBER SECURITY PROGRAMMES.

Change Manager with experience of working on enterprise-wide IAM Cyber Security Transformation project helping define benefits, assess progress and manage change required by adopting IAM platform within the Business and IT.

Key Responsibilities

Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities to support adoption of the changes required by the IAM project.

Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

Support training efforts by providing input, document requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.

Additional responsibilities may include:

Identify and manage anticipated resistance

Support and engage senior leaders

Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities

Coordinate efforts with other specialists

Manage stakeholders together with PMO and Project Manager

Track and report issues

Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Support change management at the organizational level

Essential Skills and Experience

Exposure to infrastructure implementations and or Cyber tech rollouts

Experience of process change preferably within large-scale organizational change efforts

Experience in using Microsoft Office

Experience of supporting senior managers and stakeholders

Proven ability to build strong relationships

Excellent Interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills

Self-starter, can work to own initiative

Able to work within a dynamic team environment

Ability to react to a changing environment

Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and develop new skills

Strong communication skills

Experience of managing change though multiple 3rd party suppliers in an outsourced environment

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

Broad understanding of I.T. and/or Cyber Security

A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process

Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
