One of the largest housing associations in London and Hertfordshire are looking for a Resident Engagement Manager to join their London team on a permanent basis. The main responsibilities for the role are: Deliver a range of educational, recreational and social activities to promote social interaction, learning and independence amongst residents Oversee both internal and external resident engagement events across London and Hertford Meet the needs of a diverse resident base and ongoing resident recruitment through the implementation of involvement opportunities Help support the Head of Service to embed resident engagement across the organisation Manage Resident Involvement Officers and ensure they adhere to consumer standards regulations What you will need: Understanding of consumer standards and regulations Experience in resident/community engagement within the housing sector Management experience ideal but not essential but must show desire to move into management position What you are offered: 48-50k base salary 27 days annual leave 14 hours paid volunteer leave Employer pension of 4%- matched contribution up to 10% Health and wellbeing benefits If you have the necessary skills and experience for this role please do get in touch and apply.
