This role is ideal for a candidate with sales experience who will generate leads for business Development Managers to follow up on.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling and proactive prospecting.
Booking appointments and product demonstrations for the Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Managing and nurturing the sales pipeline to ensure a dynamic and fast-paced sales journey.
Collaborating with the sales team to optimise performance and achieve targets.
Effectively communicating the features and benefits of our peer-to-peer energy offering
Building rapport and relationships with prospects through effective questioning and active listening.
Presenting our company, brand, and values in a professional and compelling manner.
Working autonomously to manage your daily activities and prioritize tasks for maximum productivity.
About You:
Consistent employment history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
Minimum of 1 year of sales experience or relevant industry experience.
Proactive and self-motivated attitude towards achieving targets.
Outgoing personality with strong organisational skills and a tenacious nature.
A professional and intelligent approach to work.
Good business acumen, articulate, and able to self-manage.
Ambitious with a strong determination to succeed.
