Job Title:- Account Manager
Location:- Coleshill (3 days per week)

Salary:- £28K plus OTE.

A hybrid Account Manager and Delivery is the heart of what we do here at Certes and you are most of the time, the first point of contact that a consultant and client has with the business and the opportunities present.

You will be joining a well oiled account management and delivery function who's primary role will be split between 2, building out and growth of a key account and also delivery where you will be to speaking to candidates on a daily basis around opportunities within Public Sector, Central Government and also a small amount of private sector. The role predominantly will be looking after a fast paced contract desk but on the odd occasion will flip your focus across to permanent. A great desk for the person who wants to be kept busy. The team at the moment are filling consistently 4 jobs per month.

The growth in the business will naturally see you slowly drift away from delivery as you bring in new accounts and relationships and being a fully pledged Account Manager, general new business sales, or even take a switch to the managed service division which we have a well established team with key focus around central government.

You will have come from a recruitment background and want to strive to bring the up most positive experience for the candidates and take them through their recruitment journey from role presented, interview prep and close.

We will offer upto £28K for the right person and a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office in Coleshill. You can expect to be earning around £40K per year as a OTE but its uncapped and if you have key wins in perm, then the earnings will exceed far beyond that.
