HR Implementation Specialist - Talent Intelligence

Rate circa - £275 to £325 PD per day on a/12 month rolling contract/35-hour week 9am - 5pm/Remote Working

A highly reputable global organisation that is based throughout the UK is seeking a HR Implementation Specialist who has strong capabilities in procurement, implementation and talent Intelligence platform functionalities. You must have strong capabilities in change/project management working for a business on a global scale interacting with Talent Intelligence Systems with Success Factors to be selected for the large piece of work.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support with Vendor Evaluation as part of the Procurement Process from a TIP specialist perspective
• Give us insight into how to prepare ahead of TIP implementation
• Help to plan implementation based on broadest use of TI/skills based HR functionality and consider dependencies with wider HR TOM, service and change programme
• Act as a liaison between our client and the TIP vendor
• Assist with configuration and integration of TIP/SF and other support through implementation
• Provide strategic insights on how to best leverage the platform in line with our strategic objectives
• Help in establishing data governance practices, define data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy
• Support in training staff on the TIP
• Provide User Adoption support including training, and help address specific issues
• Change Management - helps us adapt to new HR processes and practices facilitated by the TIP

Extensive knowledge of the following:

• Strong technical skills around Talent Intelligence platforms functionalities, integrations, and configuration options and ability to troubleshoot technical challenges. Past experience implementing these platforms is essential
• Experience integrating Talent Intelligence Platforms with Success Factors
• Experience with big data analysis, artificial intelligence (AI) in recruitment/HR, machine and deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud computing
• Experience ensuring AI are synchronous with EDI objectives/policy to mitigate bias and regulatory concerns
• Expertise in developing and implementing UX and recruitment efficiency benefits through TI platforms
• Familiarity with talent acquisition/talent management and HR processes, including sourcing, selection, candidate engagement and management, onboarding, career paths, performance management and employee engagement
