Key Responsibilities:
* You will take a leading role as the technical contact on projects.
* Deliver the project according to internal standards and best practices in place for 3rd party solutions.
* Deliver IT projects within a timely manner liaising with and updating customers through the project life cycle.
* Document the delivery process within the internal document management system.
* Provide clear and concise handover to service desk teams to ensure the seamless transition from the Project team to a full managed service.
* Ensure all items of the project initiation document are delivered as intended and ensure timely communication with customers throughout the project life cycle.

What you'll bring to the role:

* Previous experience delivering IT Projects, ideally within an MSP environment.
* Understanding and knowledge of networking concepts/protocols, security technologies, Microsoft 365 - including Exchange, SharePoint, and Azure.
* Knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Suite and 3rd Party Systems.
* Previous experience migrating on-prem infrastructure to cloud.
