HR Coordinator - Gloucester - Award winning Global Client

Gibbs Hybrid have new opening for a HR Coordinator with one of our prestigious Global clients. Our client is one of the world's leading companies in their field of consumer goods. They are winners of numerous awards and pride themselves on providing a fantastic working environment for their staff.
Initially this will be 12 month contract paying £20K-£25K. Work will be predominantly onsite in Gloucester, with occasional home working available.

Duties will include but not limited to the following:
Transaction of the payroll and checks.
Absence statistics for the site and produces a weekly email with graphs for the Leadership Team.

Updates the scorecard with HR stats for Leadership Team.
Global working hours report once a month. Posters and fun activities (eg, managing stands, recruitment fairs, onsite).
Volunteering onsite. Return to work and works with the Manager to ensure tracking and sending reminders. Pulling reports from Workday.
Taking notes in ER cases, (training would be given).
Loading data into employee files (Scanning).
Will be a project to move to digital as currently they work manually. Will scan employee docs to move away from paper-based files. Supporting any projects going on.
Raising cases - eg, Manager change, cost centre change, role promotion etc has to be raised with the central team to process. Creating the grid and keeping an eye on the cases all the time to ensure completion.
key skills - organised, assessing work priorities, good attention to detail.
Word and Excel and will be trained up on the system. Part of the HR and Training Team - fairly medium sized team. Everyone is very friendly and a nice dynamic.
Candidates need to be personable, resilient, confident.
