Cyber PMO Planner

Location: Berkshire

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £350 per day

An experienced Project Planner/Analyst who has excellent experience using and maintaining MS Project and detailed delivery schedules and who is used to working within a gated environment adhering to a strict governance model. Matched with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, establishing, developing and maintaining low level onboarding of Identity Access Management (IAM) application onboarding plans for all project services

• Tracking and updating workstream milestones and dependencies within the high-level IAM plan

• Collation, facilitating and managing all aspects of progress and exception reporting, dependency tracking and change management.

• Ensuring all governance related documentation is completed for appropriate gated processes to enable timely delivery

• Perform delegated duties from the IAM Phase 2 Project Manager as directed

• Stage weekly Checkpoint sessions with individual Project/supplier representatives to ensure that their detail delivery tasks are being performed

• Arrange meetings & workshops for Project events and record & track meeting minutes and actions • Comply to the Cyber Project Governance methodology

• Support the update of key PMO registers, trackers and logs (e.g. RAID)

• Provide administrative support to Project team as required

• Administer and maintain the Programme SharePoint repository

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required (these may include e.g. project administration, booking travel and booking meeting rooms related to project delivery)

Essential Skills and Experience

• Background in implementing infrastructure and or Cyber rollouts

• Experience of process change and service transition

• Strong knowledge in project planning and managing plans

• Have experience in using Microsoft Office and Project (2016)

• Experience of supporting senior managers and stakeholders

• Proven ability to build strong relationships

• Excellent Interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills

• Self-starter, can work to own initiative

• Able to work within a dynamic team environment

• Ability to react to a changing environment

• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment and develop new skills

• Strong Communication skills

• Experience of managing change though multiple 3rd party suppliers in an outsourced environment

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

• Experience of Privileged Access Management

• ECDL Foundation and/or Standard certification

• Broad understanding of I.T. and/or Cyber Security and ITIL
