A brand new role has come to life within a long standing precision engineering business based in the Staffordshire area.

A successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
>Strong CNC machining background
>Experience within the precision engineering industry - Aerospace or MOD or Motorsport or Oil&Gas etc.
>Ability to offline program complex 3D models using a CAD/CAM package such as Hypermill/Powermill/SolidCAM/EdgeCAM etc.
>Ability to set and operate Heidenhain controlled CNC Milling Machines
>Ability to prove out programs when needed either on the software or on the machine
>Ability to create and modify route cards & BOMS when necessary
>Ability to design and create own jigs & fixtures when necessary
>Ability to generate process documentation and maintaining it (PFMEA, PPAP, Control Plans, Flow Charts & Process docs e.g. Layout etc)
>Having a good working ethos
>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently
