Business Development Manager – International Software Business

My client are an international growing software organisation. They are well recognised for their industry-defining solutions and services around the world. Due to continued growth, this is a unique opportunity for a Business Development Manager to drive business across the North West.

The role will include:

* Identifying and developing new business opportunities with key executive decision makers

* Pitching proposals, negotiating and closing sales

* Strategically growing key accounts and developing long term relationships

* Exceeds personal targets and possess a clear understanding of key performance metrics

* Works closely with sales management to prioritize opportunities and execute sales strategies to exceed quota expectations

The ideal candidate will have:

* Previous experience selling software solutions

* Business Development focused, always on the lookout for new business opportunities and growth within key accounts

* The ability to work autonomously and grow sales in a given territory

* Excellent communication and listening skills

* Enthusiastic, high degree of integrity, self-motivated, positive attitude, proactive approach to work, and a confident approach to closing business
