3rd Line Software Support Technician - Life Sciences Software

They are looking for a technically skilled individual who can offer customer support on their product to an international customer base.
You will need the following skills to help you deliver a successful outcome: -
Experience technically helping customers (internal or external) on software support issues (phone), including solving application and technical support tickets – ideally up to 3rd line support level
Linux and/or Windows configuration / administration (physical/virtual/cloud)
Researching technical solutions to support incidents raised
Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, etc.
Web server and proxy configuration
Python/Java and front end coding skills
Working use of REST APIs of SDKs
