Payroll Implementation Specialist

The company works with household names across Northern Ireland and Great Britain to implement payroll solutions so once the sales team have won a new client, your role takes over. You'll be the new client welcome committee, making sure that new clients are onboarded and trained effectively in how to use the software. You'll do most of your training with clients using Zoom but there may be the chance to go out to see local companies at their sites. You'll be the go-to person for clients with any questions about the set-up process and make sure that they are really comfortable with how to use it to make their lives more productive. You'll also prepare journals and auto-enrolment pension files as well as preparing reports for the senior management team.

You'll have 2+ years' payroll experience, have a good head for numbers and strong Excel skills. Just as importantly though, you'll be really good at speaking to people and following up to make sure they have all the tools and knowledge they need.
