A client of ours based in High Wycombe are looking to recruit a Service Desk Team leader and they are looking to offer a starting salary of £30,000 for the right candidate.

- ITIL Experience
The successful Service Desk Team Leader will lead a team of two, helping to provide line support to our client’s office in High Wycombe. This opportunity would suit a confident Team Lead who has similar experience within an internal role and is wanting to hit the ground running.
The successful Service Desk Team Lead will also be responsible for driving best practices and processes alongside the coaching, mentoring and performance of team members through; 1-2-1s, regular performance reviews and development opportunities.
This position would add value to any CV with its flexible nature. No two days will be the same with technical advancement on offer.
