You will develop and lead a strategic sourcing programmes for all categories, taking the lead on specific/allocated portfolio of sourcing categories, and contributing significantly to the delivery of allocated procurement projects within key markets.
What you'll need to succeed
With recent senior specialist commercial / industry experience in purchasing and supply in a senior management role you will be a member of CIPS and hold Masters or degree level qualification plus senior specialist procurement knowledge and experience.
You must have significant and advanced procurement knowledge comprising: advanced negotiation skills, knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, knowledge of supply chain theory, persuading and influencing and interpersonal skills.
You will have a strong sense of stakeholder awareness and be able to build quality relationships and rapport supporting new ways of developing strategic sourcing programmes for MTVH.
Technically you will hold expert knowledge of procurement and category management compliance and have considerable supplier relationship management experience. A natural multitasker with a can-do attitude you will possess the ability to translate strategic plans into operational direction for your team.
