Joining our team as a Business Development Executive, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £22,000 per annum as well as a range of benefits, including:

What will I be doing?
Joining our team, the Business Development Executive will be part of a small team within a much larger team and even bigger business. Youll be working with the UK wide sales team you'll build relationships with external clients and internal colleagues.
You'll be working across a broad range of financial services products from invoice finance, FX trading and leasing. You will be the subject matter expert...no one will know more about our products than you!
Your days will be proactive with outbound and inbound calls, speaking with small to medium businesses helping them understand how to grow their business through the products we offer and arranging for a Business Development Manager in the field to complete the deal.
With structured training, a productive and continually developing career path and a variety of opportunities across the business, you can grow your financial services and sales knowledge by working with an experienced manager and team.
What do I need?
To be successful, wed want you to be committed to learning the ropes but we will support you in this by creating a structured, exciting development plan with the opportunity to progress in your career in an award winning business to a more senior position after 3 years. You will be able to drive, gregarious in your outlook and be prepared to get stuck in!
Our ideal Business Development Executive would have proven experience of working in a customer focused environment. You will be highly articulate, with excellent negotiation skills. Most of all, we are looking for someone who is able to communicate effectively with enthusiasm for our brand and service.
