Business Development Manager - Payments/Loyalty/FinTech

Experienced Business Development Manager wanted for our client, a leading FinTech offering payment linked loyalty. You will be a key member of the Retail Sales & Marketing team responsible for building relationships and ultimately winning new key business. This is a great opportunity to thrive in a fast paced, start up environment and be integral to the market growth

You will be responsible for;

•Identifying potential clients and key decision makers within target organisations

•Make contact with target retailers and build relationships with them in order to effectively represent the offering to them

•Develop compelling proposals, present the company proposition and engage in negotiations to a successful conclusion, working with key internal business partners as appropriate

•Handle objections by clarifying and working through differences to a positive conclusion

•Take responsibility for tracking and recording activity on target accounts and keeping the business updated with progress

Our client is looking for demonstrable experience in closing deals in B2B sales, preferably from a loyalty, retail or fintech sector. A proven track record of regularly achieving and exceeding sales targets along with experience dealing with senior stakeholders is a must for this role.

Up to £70k base salary plus 10% bonus, commission and benefits.

This role will require going into their office 2 days a week in Ascot.
