What We Seek in You

As a Software Project Leader, we're looking for someone with the vision to build high-performing teams and forge strong working relationships within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment. Your responsibilities will encompass financial and budget control, system design, electronic design, safety, security, and quality.

Specifically, we're searching for:

• Your role involves nurturing a team of 5-10 engineers (both development and verification).
• Demonstrate your capability to manage software budgets and confidently control changes against agreed estimates.
• Proven experience in multi-disciplinary programs, contributing Embedded software to end equipment products.
• You should possess a strong technical/software background and be accustomed to working in a technology environment where precision and quality are paramount.
• A solid understanding and track record of working in agile/SCRUM/DevOps environments is essential.
• Proficiency in reporting progress through agile metrics and experience with continuous build, integration, and delivery pipeline automation using industry-leading tools.
• Your history of improving teams through coaching and mentoring is highly regarded.
• While not mandatory, familiarity with safety-critical standards (eg, DO-178C) is a plus.
