The CPS Group have partnered with an established and successful company to search for a standout Safety Manager to join our dynamic team and help shape the future.
As a Safety Manager, your key responsibilities will involve developing and executing the overarching safety management plan as well as creating and/or ensuring the quality and timeliness of safety artifacts.
To be considered for this role, you will need the following specialisms:
Proficiency in Safety Legislation, Regulation, Standards, Conventions, and Policy.
Expertise in Safety Management Systems.
Strong background in Safety Management Planning.
Through Life Safety Management knowledge.
Competence in Safety Case Management and Reporting.
Ability to manage Safety Hazard/Risk and report accordingly.
Skill in Safety Hazard Log Management.
Proficiency in Managing and Reporting Safety-Related Aspects of Performance Measurement, Compliance Monitoring, and Change Control.
Previous experience required:
Creating safety management plans and producing safety case artifacts.
Managing safety hazard logs and compiling safety case reports.
Practitioner-level experience with DE&S safety management systems and processes, including POSM.
Expertise in Safety Management Plans, Safety Case/Safety Case Reports, Physical and Functional Safety Hazard/Risk Management, Safety Hazard Logs, and Operation of Safety Review Meetings.
