ServiceNow Consultant (ITOM) | London | To £70k

Calling all ServiceNow ITOM/CMDB Experts! I am working with a boutique consultancy who are on the market for a ServiceNow Consultant to join their growing team. You will need solid experience working with ITOM (ideally some work with Discovery) & CMDB end to end implementations.

Leading organisation seeks experienced ServiceNow professionals to join our team expanding and optimising ITOM and CMDB implementations. This role will see you designing, building, and enhancing the ITOM and CMDB solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a client facing position, where you will be chatting to key stakeholders in some of the largest companies in the world. You will be taking the lead on these projects and have experience implementing the Discovery module.

You will develop roadmaps and lead projects focused on maturing our ITOM/CMDB capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a few years' experience with ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB modules, proven implementation experience with discovery and service mapping, and a strong grasp of ITIL concepts and CMDB data models. Required ServiceNow certifications include CSA and CIS-Discovery, and Scripting/programming skills are a must. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities will allow you to succeed in this client-facing role.
