NEWPORT - HYBRID 2 DAYS WORKING IN THE OFFICE
£24,300 PER ANNUM PLUS BENEFITS
Can you speak fluent German? Have you previously worked within a Customer Service environment?
Newport based financial organisation is recruiting for a German speaking Customer Service - Hybrid working.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary contact for clients and their customers within the UK and Europe.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality operational services are delivered to all our business partners and associates. You will evaluate and settle insurance claims within the delegated limits of authority, ensuring that customers receive an exceptional service and ensuring that FCA, Programme Insurers and the companies complaints procedures are followed.
Flexibility on working hours - 4 shifts between the hours of 8.00am - 5.30pm Monday - Friday NO WEEKEND WORKING!
Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Throughout the training period you will be required to work from the office, this all depending on the individual can take up to a month.
