We are looking to onboard a D365 FO Functional consultant expert in HRm modules to join our Commercial Off the Shelfteam.

From 2022 and onwards, we want to go to the next level in unlocking the value of our data and will be replacing our core systems and removing future barriers.

As HRM Functional consultant your main responsibilities are:
Analyze existing systems and business models
Recommend resolutions and improvements
Provide integrated solutions
Provide consolidate findings on components or processes
Ensure security by design
Assist in mapping and documents interfaces between Legacy and new systems
Configure, engineer and integrate components
Follow user experience guidelines
Aware of and address known security vulnerabilities, applying security by design
Shape documentation
Provide advanced, component technical support
Resolve issues prior to and following testing

Your profile
You are a bachelor's or master's degree combined with relevant experience as Functional consultant on D365 FO HRM Modules
You have 1-2 years' experience as functional consultant D365 FO HRM Modules
Knowledge and experience implementing Dynamics 365 FO HRM solutions
Knowledge in implementing solution using Performance Management in Dynamics 365 FO HR Modules
Knowledge on Viva Goals and Viva Glint is a plus
You have a broad IT knowledge, and experience with:
o Microsoft products & technologies in general
o Cloud architecture and Microsoft Azure
o MS Dynamics 365 FO, SQL server product(s), BI
You are hands-on with a can do attitude'
You are proactive, adaptive and thinking in terms of solutions
You are flexible and paying attention to details
You are structured.
You are credible and reliable & can influence and convince the organization with an in-depth argumentation and demonstration.
You are a dynamic team player.
You are able to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment.
You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, Spanish and Portuguese is a plus.
