Digital Sales Manager

Location: Reading preferred, other locations will be considered
Salary: £36,900 - £56,600 plus bonus and benefits
As part of SSE Energy Services sales team, you'll be responsible for achieving sales targets via our digital channels. Working with other digital teams, you'll monitor digital priorities, developing strategies to increase sales of our Energy, Home Services and Telecoms products.
You'll provide digital sales expertise to maximise website traffic and sales conversion. You'll use your experience to ensure the digital customer experience supports the aims of the sales teams. Additionally, you'll provide commercial support to the digital marketing teams in onboarding new partners.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you'll require expert knowledge of digital sales and marketing, especially digital journey optimisation and sales conversion. Ideally, you'll have worked in a similar, regulated industry.
Additional skills and experience:
Ability to develop networks across the organisation, delivering results through teams
Proven track record delivering commercial opportunities
Ability to realise value from external partnerships
Sound knowledge of sales and marketing principles
Strong stakeholder management skills both internally and externally
