Technical Account Manager (Post- Sales) - Permanent - Reading - Competitive Salary + Benefits.

Do you have expediences in technical support and have a sales orientated mind set? Fantastic opportunity to join a global leader who are specialist providers with the Information Security and Compliance Cloud Solutions.

You will be responsible for activity driving and managing the post-sales process with channel and direct customers. The right candidate must be able to effectively articulate our clients technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Identify all technical and business issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities:

* Provide product and technical support for assigned accounts

* Identify and develop potential new business opportunities

* Convey customer requirements to Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams

* Provide functional and technical support to customers

* Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues

* Deliver high-level and detailed sales presentations

* Responsible for attending conferences, seminars, etc

* Provides technical training to co-workers and be a technical reference/subject expert on one or more of our clients' apps , as well as on network and security concepts in general

* Provide technical assistance during RFP and trial phases for potential new customers, working with the presales team

Skills and qualificaitons:

* Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in response to emails, RFPs and when submitting reports

* Must be able to convey technical ideas and concepts very clearly and able to train others

* Must be able to understand network and security infrastructures and elements to advise on how to best use products in relation to it

* Highly organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches

* 5 year’s relevant experience

* Experience within an enterprise size company is a plus

* Excellent written and oral communication skill

* Backgrounds in the following: Vulnerability Management, Policy Compliance, Intrusion Detection Systems IDS, Intrusion Prevention SystemsIPS, Network Scanners,PCI, Policy Compliance and Audit Tools, other enterprise security solutions
