Business Development Manager, B2B – Maldon

£20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus Package

Full time, Monday – Friday 37.5 hours

Are you driven, target motivated and thrive in a consultative sales position? Are you an experienced B2B sales individual? If so I have a fantastic opportunity with a well established maintenance company in Maldon for a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

* April – October: Developing new business and negotiating maintenance contracts

* November – March: Account management and maintaining established business

* Creating and maintaining strong, long standing relationships with key decision makers

* Being the face and voice of the business to new and existing clients

* Attending client meetings, portraying a high level of customer service, attention to detail and drive to learn the company’s services

Person specification:

* Previous B2B sales experience

* Professional client services skills

* Strong attention to detail and committed to providing excellent delivery and performance

* Capable of taking ownership and embracing new technologies

* Good knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

* Target driven and ability to handle objection, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

* Determined and resilient individual and a problem solver

* Ability to prioritise work loads and adapt to new situations well

* An outgoing personality, strong self-motivation with a proactive mentality and a will to succeed

Requirements:

* Experience using a Sales CRM system would be an advantage
