Job Title: Field Support Engineer
Location: Kidderminster (DY11)
Hours: 38 hours 15 minutes per week (Monday to Friday)

Overview: We're seeking a Field Support Engineer to provide on-site and remote IT support for a major client. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware and software support, user training, and policy development in collaboration with IT staff. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT and ready for a challenging opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site and remote IT support.
• On-board and off-board users.
• Maintain professionalism and customer relationships.
• Collaborate with IT staff on support policies.
• Keep documentation updated.
• Provide technical support to IT staff.
• Deliver remote support.
• Assist the Workshop team when needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Field Support experience.
• Backup solutions knowledge.
• Networking expertise.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Services.
• Experience with Visualisation Technologies (desirable).
• Familiarity with anti-virus products.
• Configuration and support of Cloud Products.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
