Our client is a consultancy who are looking to hire a Genesys Technical Consultant to provide design, consultancy, and technical support services the cloud-based contact centre platform that underpins the Global Service Desk, whilst also working on the 'technical change projects' across all systems whilst acting as as a technical lead for the GSD Systems Design Team.
Our client are currently going through a transformation project which will oversee the process of their on-prem contact centre platform (Avaya) on to the Genesys Cloud CX which will provide a multi-contact solution being voice, email, web chat and chatbot. This will offer 99.99% availability to support the client's service desk locations across the globe that are utilised by 4,000+ agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in decision making on the overall design and technical elements for the Genesys Cloud CX platform
- Leading and managing technical projects such as customer enhancements and system upgrades
- Work with suppliers to enhance systems through identifying, documenting and implementing new technical solutions
Key Skills
- 5+ years experiencing engineering or consulting for Genesys Cloud CX, or another CCaaS platform
- Good technical understanding of Genesys Cloud CX technologies
- Good consulting skills (communication in projects etc)
- Bachelor's degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience
