People Partner will be responsible for a Matrix managed team within retail stores, you will be able to deliver a people plan across retail and support the teams where needed. Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders in your business area. Lead on strategic people projects and change initiatives. Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on escalated HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex employee relations.
You will be an experienced Hr Business Partner/People Partner within a large number of stakeholders. You will be CIPD qualified with a good working knowledge of employment law and up to date with emerging trends and best practices. Understanding of Retail or Hospitality business would be beneficial for this role. Ability to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and groups. Able to travel to different regions to provide support as and when required.
