I am seeking an experienced Director of Nursing, Quality and AHP's to join an organisation in the East Midlands.

• Inside IR 35
• Rate - Negotiable

• Must be a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities:

• Play an active role within the Board of Directors as a full voting member and contribute to the overall development and implementation of the organisation's long-term vision, strategic direction, corporate plans, and governance arrangements.
• The Executive Director of Nursing, AHPs & Quality is accountable for ensuring the highest possible quality of care and improving patient experience.
• The Executive Director of Nursing, AHPs & Quality will provide professional leadership of all Nurses and Allied Health Professionals in the organisation.
• Executive Lead for Infection Prevention Control, Tissue Viability and Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable Adults and advise the Board on all matters relating to Patient Safety.
