Trainee Accounts Assistant

The main purpose of the role will be to process customer payments and balance the daily banking which will include; cash, card payments and cheque transactions. In addition, you will gain exposure to both Sales and Purchase Ledger preparation and processing.
We are looking for a full-time all-rounder to work within a team of four in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have good communication and numerical skills and have a willingness to learn and progress. You will need to meet deadlines both promptly and accurately and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
37½ hours per week, worked Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
