Based in Maidenhead, you will be joining an award winning company who specialise in delivering return on investment through their solutions. Reporting to the Support Manager, you will join as a first line support consultant who handles telephone, email and remote dial in support requests from our varied clients. The remit of the position will be to support the user base; handling all support calls and queries relating to the live operational use of the systems across our customer base.
To qualify you should be a client focused individual who can demonstrate:
A good IT related educational background with a 2.1 or above
A passion for IT
Excellent time management capabilities;
The ability to prioritise your workload;
First class written & verbal communication skills;
Great teamwork skills;
A strong, confident telephone manner;
Self-reliance and an ability to work unsupervised.
