Your new role will have you working with one of Irelands leading banks in a dynamic and diverse environment located centrally in Ballsbridge.
Your new role
This role will involve being a part of a busy team in supporting various departments with the relevant documents and requests. This is a very busy role and they are looking to expand their team. It will also involve general office management duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be results focused, motivated and have excellent attention to detail. You will also have the ability to adapt and learn quickly. You will be flexible and willing to share your own initiative as well as competent telephone skills and time excellent time management. You will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and excel. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work as both part of a team and individually. You will have completed your leaving certificate including English and Maths or have a level 8 degree and you will be able to show proof of this at interview stage. You will be expected to demonstrate teamwork skills as well as customer relations, communication and influencing and you must be results focused.
