We are investing in our digital teams, so we can deliver not only a transformation programme for our organisation, but also to drive digital transformation in the Social Care sector. We value digital skills and we want to build our team so they are well equipped and highly skilled to lead us on this journey.
In this role you will be reporting into the Director of Digital Transformation and leading the digital technology strategy to enable skills for care to transform our organisation and ways of working. You will lead a team of technology experts to enable transformation in the organisation and ASC sector. This will involve developing a technology enablement strategy for us in conjunction with wider skills for care teams to deliver high quality products and services into the sector.
Requirements of the role
You will be a technical expert across a range of disciplines and have 3 years’ experience at a senior digital/IT leadership role.
You will be a capable leader, able to inspire and influence not just your direct reports, but also colleagues across the organisation.
You will be an effective collaborator and work alongside multi-disciplined team of digital specialists, subject matter experts and Agile delivery teams.
You will be an innovator and lead the organisations technology strategy to deliver innovation, new ways of working and transformation.
